REFUND POLICY

The Perfect Employee System: work the system for 14 days. If it's not for you, send one email to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we refund your full $100 within 5 business days. You keep the book pre-order either way. Digital add-ons and the Challenge: covered by the same 30-day, one-email refund promise unless stated otherwise at checkout. Exceed Today Membership: the 30-day free trial can be cancelled anytime from inside your account — no charge is made if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial, the membership renews monthly at $97/month and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future charges. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A refund of a purchase connected to a trial or subscription does not by itself cancel that subscription — cancellation is a separate one-minute action inside your account, and our team will confirm it by email on request.
